Walking in Leaves

Lace Top: Ross
Skirt: Self Made (no pattern)
Heels: Thrifted

Ok, I seriously love this skirt!  It's like wearing a ballgown...in a wonderful weighty cotton!!!  I totally found myself swishing side to side on stage when I was singing at church. :o)

On the way home we rounded the corner and I saw all those leaves and just had to walk (swish) in them!!!

      Thanks Gracey, the fabric sat for a couple of years until it told me what it wanted to be. :o) And I feel the same about the pockets!

      Hmmm, it's full alright, but not a full circle skirt, so I don't know what a hoop would do. Now I want to try it! :o)

    I can't believe I almost missed this skirt. Absolutely beautiful, the whole ensemble. I love the fabric print and the pockets are grand. I do that too. Isn't it fun? Walking on leaves is the perfect accompaniment.
