In came the animals, two by two...

Small Silver Cuff: Friend brought back from Israel
Large Silver Cuff: Antique Store
Belt: Wet Seal? (very cheap, needs to be retired)
Giraffe Dress (worn as a top): Plato's Closet
Pink Skirt and Cami Bra: Target
Shoes: Dillards (clearance)

Hubby was going to change the baby's shirt to something nicer for church, but then we decided his Monkeys went well with my Giraffes.

Family Date Night

Necklace: Vintage
Shoes: Dillards (Birthday gift from Mom)
Blouse: Thrifted
Trousers: Express (Clearance)

This look was inspired by What I Wore.  I adapted the look to my shape and wore leopard flats instead of heels.  We went bowling on our Family Date Night, heels would've been silly. :o)  Instead of carrying a sparkly clutch (I haul around a diaper bag these days), I wore my Vintage Beaded Collar Necklace.

Shorts to Church Again...on Sunday Morning!!!!

Necklace: From Mom
Belt: Wall's Outlet
Earrings: Gift from Hubby
Shoes: Marshall's
Silk Blouse and Shorts: Thrifted

While I was pregnant I wore shorts to church for the first time on a Wednesday night.  A little while back I wore a type of Capri pants on a Sunday morning.  So I guess I had to work up to wearing shorts on a Sunday morning. :o)  When my mom first saw me she thought I was wearing a skirt or dress.  They are loose and flow-y...sooooo comfortable and silky!!!!!!  I have liked some of the rompers that are in stores right now, but remember wearing them before and hating having to go to the bathroom!  So the set gives the illusion of a romper, but is actually two pieces.

Grecian or Flapper?

Headband: Made by my Mom
Gold Hoop Earrings: Gift from Hubby
Dress: TJMaxx
Shoes: DSW

This was the 4th thing I tried on this morning!  And that's why I like to pick out my clothes the night before church.  I wanted to wear the headband, but the outfit I had in mind just did not work.  I'm happy with what I ended up wearing though....and we made it to church on time even with all the outfit changes. :o)  I must point out that I do not have dandruff on my shoulder, but I do need to "de-pill" my dress!  I have one of those little shaver things for the job, but I've heard that rubbing a pumice stone on a garment will also work.  I have yet to try it, but want to 'cause the shaver has tried to snag garments before.

Fisher of Men

Czech Glass Beads: DIY
Silver Ring: Made by Hubby
Fish Blouse: Thrifted
Skirt: Wall's Outlet
Purple Suede Wedges: Dillards (Clearance)

Cute Baby is wearing a Shirt from Target, Hand-me-down Gymboree pants and socks from Big Brother

Since we're told in the Bible to be "Fishers of Men", I thought a blouse with fish on it was totally appropriate for church. :o)
