Hawaiian MuuMuu

Earrings, Seashell Ring, and Yellow stretch bracelets: Burk's Outlet
Necklace: DIY
Bangles: Thrifted
Vintage Hawaiian MuuMuu: Thrifted and shortened
Gianni Bini Heels: Dillards (clearance)

I usually wear this dress belted, but I wanted to wear the higher heels so I skipped the belt.  I felt with the extra height, it might look a little "indecent" to also belt it.  The belt would bring the hem up a little bit more.  I was wearing this to church after all. :o)

I also wore sports shorts underneath just in case.  I have a toddler, so "just in case" translates to "highly likely"!

JJ

PS:  I find the photo with my arms crossed to be quite comical.  Am I showing off my bracelets?  Too cool for school?  Gangstah?  Hurt my arm?  Saying the Pledge of Allegiance?  Giving myself a hug? :o)

I've made it a habit to talkto women I feel we dress similar way and usually we have more in common than style. It's difficult to photograph ewellery ,isn'tit. It's always a challenge for me,too. But you did great and we can see your nice arm candy.

  3. Amazing dress - the style makes the most of the awesome print. I agree about the belt making the dress shorten, made me remember that when I had a toddler I never wore dresses. I really like all the bracelets and accessories, really makes this outfit great.

    1. Thanks Iris (Love your name by the way, it's also the name of my favorite niece!) :o) I wasn't quite sure if I should buy those earrings, so I cleaned one with germX and popped it in my ear. My sister was with me and said, "Yes, definitely buy those!"

    1. I too LOVE that print! It can be a bit confusing though on when to wear it, Fall colors...Summer print. :o) I take that to mean I can wear it all the time!
