This outfit is from the Sunday before the Sailboat Dress, but I wanted to post that dress first, because it went so perfectly with Share-In-Style: Summer.
Back to this outfit. My friend thrifted this skirt for me!!!! Isn't that the greatest of friends? She knew it was perfect for me and knew I'd looooooove that it was thrifted. :o)
I tried on some other blouses that DID look good, but this one made it seem like I am wearing a dress. Pretty cool I thought.
I'm thinking the red tropical flowers on the border of my skirt could double as poinsettias. I sense a Christmas outfit in the making. :o) Maybe with some plaid! I love plaid.
So here's something to leave you with. I don't know what happened when the camera clicked, but it makes me laugh every time I see it!

DeleteI thought this was a dress until you mentioned wearing a skirt. It's perfect! I'm a sucker for anything animal print and I'm dying to find some animal print oxfords this fall.
ReplyDeleteReally cute all put together with the shoes! I better go out back and check my trees for hidden accessories!
Oh I do hope you can find some animal print oxfords! If you find any accessories back there they might be mine. :o)

DeleteI luv that skirt and the fact that you made it turn into a dress! But what I really like is how that border trim looks. How was it decided to darken the leopard print and add big red flowers? Well it really works. And what a great friend you have that knows just what you like.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that it's made of an airy cotton! Soooo comfortable in the heat!
Deletelove this! i am a huge leopard print lover! this is perfection! love all the detailed accessories too!
