Easter Outfit

Vintage Blouse: Thrifted
Belt: Local
Necklace and Earrings: Burk's Outlet
Ceramic Watch: TJMaxx
Gold Bracelet and Jelly Opal Ring: Gifts for Hubby
ID Bracelet: Birthday gift from Parents when I turned 9
Yellow Tulle Skirt: Self Made
Blue Leather Flats: DSW

My Mom chose the "Easter Colors" this year:  Light Blue, Dark Blue, and Yellow.  Several of us added in some Black.

I made ties for the boys.  If you click on the picture, it should open bigger so you can see them better.  My oldest nephew requested a Bow Tie.  He learned how to tie it the night before.  I asked him how long it took him to get it so perfect for church and he said, "I got it on the first try!" :o)

Those are my parents and their grandsons in the middle.  There is only one granddaughter, but she wasn't here this year.  (She is the one that I refashioned the wedding dress for last year)

Hubby was supposed to wear a Yellow tie, but it was no where to be found Sunday morning!!!

I can't begin to describe how much fun it is to wear a Yellow Tulle Skirt!  It was like wearing a Tutu. :o)  I swished and flounced around all morning!!!  I totally plan on wearing it again next Sunday.  Yes, I love it THAT MUCH!!!

    1. 16 yards of yellow tulle! :o) I cut it in 4 yard lengths, gathered each one, then layered those 4 "skirts" on top of each other. I attached all that to a gold elastic waistband. Then I used a yellow t-shirt to make a lining which I then attached to the skirt.

Are you thinking of making one? :o)
