Skirt: Thrifted and Refashioned
Petticoat: Made by Me
T-Strap Heels: Thrifted

Wearing a Petticoat really improved the look of my full skirt, but what I didn't count on was melting in the Summer heat.  I really didn't plan on being outside so much.  I guess I could have shimmied out of the Petticoat, but I didn't think of that until just this moment!  Oh well, I survived. :o)
